BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

As directed by our Supreme Court in Ex parte Brownlee, 535 So.2d 218 (Ala.1988), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed ‍​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‍and this cause is remanded for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
