Per Curiam:

Under the decision in Van Hall v. Goertz, 82 Kan. 142, the appellant’s tax deeds are unassailable. Therefore the judgment ‍‌​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‍of the district court is reversed, arid the cause is remanded.
