Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, there is no error of law in its judgment.

DIXON, J., dissents from refusal. Pretrial orders are not meant to be a trap to the unwary. The rule stated when trial court denied the right to subpoena adverse party is incorrect.
