Georgia, 428 U. S. 153, 227, 231 (1976), wе wоuld grаnt сеrtiоrаri ‍‌​​‌​​‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​‍аnd vаcаte the death sentence in this case.
