We vacate the judgment of the Supreme Court of Virginia and remand the case for further proceedings not ‍​​​​​​​​​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‍inconsistent with the opinion in Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts, 557 U. S. ___ (2009).
