The judges of this court being ‍‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍equally divided on the question whether the judgment of ‍‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍the court below shall he reversed, it necessarily follows ‍‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍that such judgment cannot he reversed, and must ‍‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍therefore he affirmed. So ordered.
