MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an appeal from a judgment signed August 5, 2026. On August 25, 2026, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal because appellant inadvertently filed a notice of appeal in the wrong trial court cause number. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. Appellant has since filed a corrected notice of appeal in the correct trial court cause number, and this court has opened a new appellate cause from that trial court cause number. We grant the motion to dismiss and dismiss the appeal.
