2. The modification of the interlocutory injunction, above stated, was not such a final judgment as to furnish a basis for a direct bill of exceptions. Nor, under former rulings of this court, was such judgment the refusing of an injunction, so as to furnish a basis for direct exception. Stubbs v. McConnell, 119 Ga. 21 (45 S. 3. It follows that the motion to dismiss the writ of error must be sustained. '
