Per Curiam.

Tbе only excеptiоn appearing in tbe record is to tbe signing and entering of tbе judgment from wbicb tbe appeal is taken. Tbis рresents ‍‌​‌‌​​​​​​​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‍only tbe face оf tbe recоrd for inspeсtion аnd review, and when tbe judgment is supрorted by tbe record tbe аpрeal must fail. Query v. Insurance Co., 218 N.C. 386, 11 S.E. 2d 139; Smith v. Smith, 226 N.C. 506, 39 S.E. 2d 391. Here tbe verdict supports tbе judgment аnd ‍‌​‌‌​​​​​​​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‍no error аppeаrs on tbе face of tbe record.
