Petition of Bruce Botsford, alias for Certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals to review ‍​​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‍and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Botsford v. State, 54 Ala.App. —, 309 So.2d 835.
