Petition of Lorenzo Body for Certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals ‍‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍to review and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Body v. State, 57 Ala.App. 329 So.2d 650.
