For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Burdin v. Board of Commissioners for the Atchafalaya Basin Levee District, 533 So. 2d 977" date_filed="1988-10-05" court="La. Ct. Board of Com'rs for Atchafalaya Basin Levee Dist.">533 So.2d 977 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1988), the judgment of the trial court establishing the fair market value of the subject property at $123,541 is affirmed. The Board of Commissioners for the At-chafalaya Basin Levee District shall pay all costs of this appeal.
