Both the courts ‍‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‍did wrong; an arrest is-an imprisonment, ‍‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‍and comes within the meaning of ‍‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‍the act.The issuing of a warrant ‍‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‍against a woman was therefore-improper.

Let the ‍‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‍judgment be reversed.-
