Petition of Herschel Blair ‍​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‍for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to ‍​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‍review and revise the judgment and decisions of ‍​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‍that Court in the case of Blair v. ‍​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‍State, 187 So. 645.
