This suit was consolidated, both for trial and on appeal, with the companion case of Mire v. Birmingham Fire Insurance Company of Pennsylvania, La.App., 176 So. 2d 624" date_filed="1965-05-24" court="La. Ct. App." case_name="Mire v. Birmingham Fire Insurance Co. of Pennsylvania">176 So.2d 624. For the reasons assigned in the Mire case, the judgment of the trial court dismissing plaintiff’s demands is affirmed at plaintiff’s cost.
