Appellant has a valid outstanding judgment lien. Appellant filed an affidavit stating that the judgment remains unsatisfied. Appellant is entitled to proceedings supplementary pursuant to section 56.29, Florida Statutes. Upon a showing of the statutory prerequisites, the court has no discretion to deny the motion.
