Stаtе, 97 So.2d 572, whеrein a judgment оf cоnviction ‍‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‍of grand larceny was reversed.

Writ denied.
