Mr. Justice Black and Mr. Justice ‍‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‍Douglas are of the opinion that certiorari ‍‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‍should be granted and the judgment reversed ‍‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‍for the reasons stated in their dissenting ‍‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‍opinion in Linkletter v.
