OPINION AND ORDER
This personal injury action was commenced in the state court. The plaintiff alleges that Selma Meathrel negligently drove her automobile against him while he was working as a postal employee. The United States removed the action to this court and was substituted as a defendant upon the motion of the United States supported by the certificate of the United States Attorney to the effect that Selma Meathrel was an employee of the United States acting within the scope of her employment at the time of the claimed incident.
