GILLESPIE, Presiding Justice.

After careful consideration of the evidence and the several assignments of error,, we are of the opinion that as to all questions of fact decided by the chancellor, we are unable to say that he was manifestly wrong. With respect to the chancellor’s-application of the law to the facts of this-case, we find no reversible error.

Affirmed.

JONES, PATTERSON, SMITH, and ROBERTSON, JJ., concur.
