TAYLOR, Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme ‍​‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‍Court of Alabama in Ex parte Bankhead, 585 So.2d 112 (Ala.1991), this ‍​‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‍cause is remanded to the Circuit Court for Jefferson ‍​‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‍County for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

Remanded ‍​‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‍With Instructions.
