The indictment contained all the allegations essential to charge the offense ‍​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‍of perjury, and the demurrer to the same was properly overruled. Judgment affirmed.
