The Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Douglas, Mr. Justice Brennan and Mr. Justice Fortas would reverse ‍‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‍the judgments for the reasons stated in the dissenting opinion of Mr. Justice Douglas in City of Greenwood v. Peacock, ante, at 835.
