California, 372 U. S. 353.

Mr. Justice Harlan, for the reasons stated in Daegele v. Kansas, ante, p. 1, would have withheld disposition of this petition for certiorari ‍​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‍until the disposition, after argument, of that case.
