April 8, 1924. The opinion of the Court was delivered by The decree of Judge Dennis so fully, clearly and satisfactorily states the facts and the correct conclusions of law in this case, that we will not attempt to improve on it.

The decree is, therefore, affirmed for the reasons therein stated.
