OPINION

Per Curiam:

The district court denied a post-conviction application to modify a criminal sentence since the ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍petitioner failed to satisfy any of the preconditions designated by NRS 177.315(1 ).1

Affirmed.

Notes
