Appeals (1) from an
order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered July 23, 1979 in Ulster County, which, inter alia, ordered petitioner to file an acquisition map, which would cause title to certain real property to vest in the petitioner, and ordered petitioner to file a $5,000 bond or undertaking, and (2) from an order of the same court, entered March 17, 1980, which denied appellant’s motion for renewal and reargument.
