Angelone declining a designation of him as a candidate in the Republican Party Primary Election to be held on June 4, 1973 for nomination for the public office of Supervisor of the Town of Harrison and (2) substitution of Pat V. Anganaro as such candidate, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 17,1973, which granted the application.
