— In an action, inter alia, for a permanent injunction and money damages based on disclosure of trade secrets, interference with contractual relations, disparagement of product and breach of contract, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kassoff, J.), dated February 28, 1984, which denied its motion for a preliminary injunction. K Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements. 1f Plaintiff is a New York corporation engaged in the purification of various enzymes, which are produced by microorganisms, into drugs for medicinal applications. The development of enzymes into drugs is allegedly a costly and time-consuming process.
