A careful consideration of the entire; record ‍‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‍before us, including the transcript of the trial proceedings had in the District Court of Gunnison ‍‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‍County, Colorado, shows that the findings of fact made by the court below are amply ‍‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‍supported by the evidence.
