App.1994Check TreatmentWe must reverse that portion of the order below which requires that the mother of A.W., a delinquent child, perform community service, as there is no authority for such an order under section 39.054, Florida Statutes, or any other statute. Accordingly, we reverse and remand with directions that the provision requiring the mother of A.W. to perform community service be stricken from the disposition order.
