Kate Spade LLC v. Vinci Brands LLC, 1:23-cv-05409

The parties to the action are Kate Spade LLC, Coach Services, Inc., Tapestry, Inc. ("KSNY"), and Vinci Brands LLC, among others, in two consolidated cases.
